These general conditions of sale govern any purchase of products made on the online sales site: www.granaline-bionutrition.com. They can be printed (printable version) or downloaded (download) by the customer.

The offers for sale made on this site are intended solely for adults (over the age of 18) who place an order from Belgium or elsewhere. 3. Orders and validation of the contract

The order is made by completing in a clear, complete and exact manner, according to the steps described, the mandatory fields of the online order form. The contract concluded is archived by the service provider and is not accessible by the customer:

The placing of the order and the formation of the contract occur according to the following steps:

  • 1. the buyer registers on the site and presses the “Payment” button;

4. Prices

5. Payment

Payment is made exclusively by credit card on the secure GRANALINE site (by credit card or Paypal). As soon as the order has been accepted and has become payable, the buyer's bank account will be debited.

If the buyer's account cannot be debited (for example for insufficient funds, reaching the credit limit, incorrect account number), the service provider reserves the right either to request the execution of the sale in claiming payment again, or to cancel (solve) the order by simple email sent to the buyer.

The price is due immediately upon order. Goods will only be dispatched or delivered once the price has been received.

6. Delivery time

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering. The delivery is carried out by the services of a transport company of our choice.

In case of absence, you will be contacted by the transport company in order to represent themselves with the goods a second time. The goods are returned upon non-receipt of this second pass within 5 days.

  • 1. For information only, shipping times are 48 hours to 2 weeks. Unless otherwise specified when ordering, the maximum delivery time is 35 days from the date of receipt of payment.

  • 2. Delivery costs are borne by the customer.

7. Delivery

It will be carried out by transport companies upon receipt and validation of the corresponding payment.

8. Retention of title

9. Products

The returned product must imperatively be in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories.
